In the process of large-scale equipment,poor quality of oil products and strict operation parameters,refining and chemical enterprises have been causing corrosion problems,resulting in most production safety accidents,affecting the production and safe and stable operation of enterprises.In recent years,China has carried out research on damage mechanism of refining equipment,carried out risk-based inspection,and adopted various non-destructive testing methods to carry out failure analysis and state assessment for equipment pipelines,which achieved certain results.Nevertheless,the research and application process is still not closely integrated with the risk assessment results.The lack of correlation analysis between the various types of monitoring and testing points,such as process,medium properties,and fluidity,has resulted in an unsatisfactory application effect.This paper takes the key pipeline system of atmospheric pressure plant as the research object,through the scientific thickness measurement system,the equipment pipeline risk assessment,the accurate selection point,the corrosion forecast and the remaining life are researched.First,by establishing the scientific thickness measurement system flow,pipeline comprehensive risk assessment is carried out under the guidance of scientific thickness measurement concept.Then the fluid dynamics analysis of multiphase flow is realized by using FLUENT software for complex pipeline with high risk,which forms the distribution law of fluid velocity and shear stress,and guides pipeline thickness measurement and accurate placement in service.Finally,the pipeline corrosion prediction is realized by using the long term monitoring data of pipeline,the corrosion state of undetected pipeline is evaluated and the monitoring is carried out,and the remaining life of pipeline is evaluated.
