The main function zone strategy is an important part of the ecological civilization system,and it is the top-level design of the national land space planning system.In the preparation of the municipal land space planning,scientific and reasonable division and control of ecological space is the concrete implementation of the main function zone strategy.In actual work,the research on the ecological space theory and method for the main function area strategy is lagging behind.Therefore,the study of the division and management of ecological space in the city is a scientific issue for the country to establish an ecological civilization system.This paper studies from the perspective of the implementation of the main function area strategy of land space planning,summarizes and evaluates the relevant research results of ecological space,summarizes the theory,methods and technologies of ecological space at home and abroad,and defines the urban ecological space based on the implementation of the main function area strategy.Connotation and extension,and based on the main functional area,ecological geographical division,land space planning,ecological network,ecosystem service functions,anti-planning and other theories,Kunming City is the research object to divide and control the ecological space at the city level;Propose methods and types of division of urban ecological space based on the strategy of main function area,and put forward management and control systems of important ecological space and general ecological space in the city,which have certain theory,method,technology and space management and control on China’s land space planning and governance.The theory complements the theory,and also has certain reference significance for the division and management of ecological space in the territorial space planning of other regions.The main conclusion of the thesis study is that ecological space is a land control space,and its corresponding land control space also has production space and living space.There is compatibility between the "three lives" function of life,production and ecology,that is,ecological space can play a role in production.Functions,agricultural space and urban space must take into account ecological functions.Important spaces in the three types of spaces need to be strictly controlled and immutable.General spaces are not absolutely constant and can be compatible and interchangeable.Take Kunming City as an example.The feasibility process of using the method of land space suitability evaluation to delimit the city’s ecological space is to first evaluate the indicators,and the second is to collect the city-level vector planning data and maps to evaluate the city’s land space suitability and divide the ecology.,Agriculture,and construction of suitable spaces.The third is to use the three-dimensional magic method to determine the ecologically most suitable areas and generally suitable areas.Based on this,through the integration of ecological protection red lines,permanent basic farmland,and urban development boundaries,ecologically suitable spaces are made.Appropriate adjustments to arrive at the scope of ecological space.The space area is 13027.56 square kilometers,accounting for 61.99% of the city’s area,of which the important ecological space area is 6795.65 square kilometers,and the general ecological space area is 6321.91 square kilometers.The study found that there is a sporadic distribution of urban ecological space,and large areas of contiguous space are being used by cities and towns.Or basic farmland cutoffs;important ecological space management and control measures are formulated for specific ecological space management and control measures,and the classification,classification and control system divides various types of protection into first,second,and third levels,and all first-class arable land and villages are required to withdraw.The second and third-level areas withdraw from 30%-50%;the management and control of general ecological space focuses on the protection and restoration of forests,forest ecosystems,farmland ecosystems,and the construction and protection of ecological security corridors and their guarantees mechanism. |
