| The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of "optimizing the pattern of territorial spatial development and building a regional economic layout and territorial spatial system with complementary advantages and high-quality development".However,due to the obvious regional differences in the carrying capacity and capacity of the ecological environment,under the constraints of the same carrying capacity of resources and environment,the development and protection modes and development and utilization methods of land space development in different regions are also different,resulting in different characteristics of space control measures.The expansion of economic scale will inevitably bring pressure to the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the capacity of ecological environment,and affect the ecological efficiency of the development and protection process of land space.Therefore,the unreasonable expansion of economic scale will inevitably lead to the ineffectiveness of territorial space control measures.Land space is the carrier of ecological civilization construction,the key to ecological environmental protection,ecological efficiency is an important indicator of land space management and control,studying the ecological efficiency of land control space is very important to guide and optimize the pattern of land space development,improve the efficiency of land resource utilization,and promote regional sustainable development.Based on the survey data of rural households in Guyuan City in 2020,the socio-economic statistics of Ningxia in 2020,and the remote sensing image data of Jingyuan County in 2020,this paper constructs an ecological efficiency evaluation index system from the perspective of input and output,combined with the extended analysis framework and calculation method,and analyzes the spatial characteristics of land control and ecological efficiency in Jingyuan County from the two scales of county and township on the basis of the measurement of land control space and ecological efficiency,and uses the Gini coefficient to fit the Lorenz curve.The integral calculation of land patch area and ecological efficiency reveals the ecological efficiency matching relationship between urban space,agricultural space and ecological space in the control space of Jingyuan County,and finally puts forward optimization suggestions for industry and land space through the identification of inefficient land.The results showed that:(1)The Gini coefficient of land control space and ecological efficiency in Jingyuan County was 0.29,which was in the state of "high matching",and the ecological efficiency per unit area was 0.18,indicating that Jingyuan County had a good ecological environment and a large control base.(2)The Gini coefficient of land control space and ecological efficiency in urban area of Jingyuan County was 0.64,which was in a "low matching"state,indicating that the industrial structure within the urban space was out of balance,and some land use efficiency was low,which urgently needed to be adjusted;The ecological efficiency of ecological space and the Gini coefficient of patch are 0.35 and agricultural space are 0.43,both of which are in a moderate matching state,so the main driving force for the improvement of ecological efficiency in Jingyuan County comes from industrial driving force.With the rapid development of social economy,a large number of ecological space is occupied,woodland,wetland,grassland and other important ecological resources are gradually swallowed by urban construction,ecological space is shrinking day by day,causing a series of environmental pollution problems,ecological environment pressure is increasing,seriously restricting the improvement of regional ecological efficiency,Jingyuan County should do internal adjustment of urban space under the premise of ecological environmental protection to ensure that the industrial structure and land use structure develop in an efficient,economical,green and sustainable direction.(3)The study found that 64%of the land with low efficiency in urban space,and 35%of it was the type of land used for processing and manufacturing,and through the analysis of industrial land use efficiency,it was found that the land use of food manufacturing and agriculture and forestry,catering and accommodation industry was inefficient,followed by commercial service industry and textile and garment industry,aquaculture,wholesale and retail industry,tourism and construction industry had high land use efficiency,and the industrial structure was still unreasonable.Therefore,in the future,Jingyuan County should focus on processing and manufacturing,extend the industrial chain,empower the industry,improve the level of green production,and promote the sustainable development of the region. |
