The “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” is a crucial period for China to successfully build a well-off society.With the introduction of planned routes such as “Made in China 2025”and “Industry 4.0”,this will undoubtedly play a strong role in promoting the comprehensive implementation of green printing,and the Green printing is imperative.In the printing industry,heavy metal detection for inks and printed matter is an indispensable and important link.However,the current testing equipment mainly uses foreign products,which are expensive,high testing costs,and large in volume,and can't be directly and quickly measured.Based on this,according to the current needs of China's rapid development of green printing in the process of ink heavy metal detection,this paper carries out the design and development and experimental research of a spectrometric system for ink heavy metal detection.The research is mainly from the following aspects:(1)Research on optical system of spectrometric determination.Based on the principle of spectrometric optical system,considering the structure,layout and adjustability of components,the structure design of optical system is studied.Through analysis and research,Czerny Turner structure is chosen as the optical path structure of the optical system,and its parameters are designed.At the same time,by studying the source of stray light,dispersion,aberration theory and correction method,the optical path structure is simulated based on ZEMAX simulation software,and the main structural parameters of the spectrometric optical system are optimized.(2)Research on data acquisition and processing system of spectrometric determination.In the hardware design,STM32 is used as the microcontroller and tcd1304 ap CCD is used as the photodetector.The driving circuit,signal processing circuit,signal acquisition circuit,upper computer communication circuit and power supply circuit of CCD are designed and developed.In the software design,the CCD driving timing,ADC data acquisition and serial port communication are programmed and mixed by MATLAB and LabVIEW The software of the host computer is developed,including the design and development of equipment communication,data acquisition,spectrum data preprocessing,data storage,main interface and wavelength calibration.(3)Performance test of spectrometric system.Aiming at the built spectral measurement system,through the design of mercury lamp calibration test and whiteLED lamp precision test,the spectral resolution,working wavelength range,wavelength accuracy,filtering effect and other key performance indicators of the spectral detection system are studied,and the system error is evaluated and analyzed.The wavelength range of the developed system is 400-1100 nm,the spectral resolution of the center wavelength is less than 1.5nm,and the spectral resolution of the edge wavelength is less than 2nm.(4)Prediction model of heavy metal content in ink.Based on the analysis of the establishment principle of the heavy metal prediction model of ink,the prediction model of heavy metal content in ink and the main discrimination methods are studied.Through the model prediction test with standard solution method,the correlation coefficient of the model is 0.9770,which can better predict the heavy metals in ink,and reflect on the establishment of the model and the future research.
