Linear Shrinkage & Hot Crack Detection System For Cast Alloy

The state and crystal structure of casting alloy would undergo certain changes from the liquid cooling to room temperature. Different alloy has different changes and each has its own characteristics. The data acquisition card was Art PCI2300 and computer was common configuration equipped with a current mainstream operating system Windows XP. Detection software, which has functional modular design, experimental realization of options, data acquisition, digital filtering, data retention, real-time display and analysis of data and the parameter measurement of amplifier module functions, was developed on the graphical programming environment platform of C + +Builder.
