In the process of oil and gas exploitation,sand production in production wells is one of the most important and inevitable problems encountered in oil production.A reasonable range of sand production will increase the production of oil and gas wells,but excessive sand production will result in oil and gas well damage and reduced production,while the ultrasonic phased array oil and gas well sand signal detection circuit research can monitor the sand production status of oil and gas wells in real time.Provide guarantee for oil and gas well production.Ultrasonic phased array oil and gas well sand detection technology obtains flexible and controllable ultrasonic synthesis beam by controlling the time when each array element in the array transducer receives the echo signal,and realizes multi-angle scanning of the measured object.By adjusting the delay time of the signal at the receiving end and doing the coherent accumulation algorithm,the amplitude of the echo signal synthesis at the sand outing position of the oil and gas well is maximized,and the echo and energy at other positions are suppressed,so as to obtain the position of the sand production in the oil and gas well.Based on the idea of ultrasonic phased array,array signal processing principle and high-speed real-time signal processing technology,the sand detection signal detection system of oil and gas wells is studied.The ultrasonic phase control array signal conditioning circuit,analog-to-digital conversion circuit,data acquisition and storage circuit are established,a data processing circuit and PC software,a set of oil and gas well sand signal detection system.When the system detects,the high-sensitivity ultrasonic phased array transducer is installed on the outer wall of the oil and gas pipeline,and the ultrasonic signal generated by the high-speed sand impacting the pipe wall is picked up by the transducer installed on the outer wall of the pipeline.The whole device uses two FPGAs to control four A/Ds to realize 8-channel and ultra-high-speed synchronous data acquisition;realizes dual-port RAM storage by using FPGA internal resources;and uses the high-speed communication bus interface between FPGA and ARM to convert the array The information collected by the device is summarized into ARM and the real-time processing of the array signal is performed;finally,the processed data is sent to the upper computer for imaging display.Based on the above experiments,based on the 8-channel module,the whole system was debugged in combination with hardware and software,and the hardware parameter indicators and software programs were verified.The experimental results show that the hardware of the system is stable and the performance is good.No matter whether it is a large amount of sand or a small amount of sand,the system can detect the amount of sand.The absolute error of the measurement is basically less than 5%,which meets the design requirements and is sand for the oil and gas well.The test provides a basis.
