With China’s increasing dependence on imported crude oil and the increasing trend of importing heavy and inferior crude oil as well as the increasingly strict environmental protection regulations and requirements,the realization of clean energy production and efficient transformation has become the main challenge for the green,clean and sustainable development of China’s refining and chemical enterprises.As the latest frontier technology in oil refining industry,slurry bed hydrogenation technology is the best technology to achieve deep and efficient conversion,clean production,improve the yield of light oil products and resource utilization of inferior heavy oil.This paper is based on the first 15×10~4t/a hydrogenation of slurry bed plant independently developed in China.And based on the production of clean energy products such as naphtha and diesel oil with high added value from inferior heavy oil such as coal tar and vacuum residue.By using PRO/II process flow simulation software,the process flow simulation calculation of the whole plant is carried out according to the properties of the processed inferior heavy oil,including the calculation of material balance and energy balance,etc.The research focuses on the optimization of process flow,main operation conditions,selection of key equipment and process calculation of the slurry bed hydrogenation technology.The energy consumption of the plant and the possible risk factors of safety and environmental protection are analyzed,and feasible safety,environmental protection and fire control measures are taken.At the same time,according to the actual industrial operation data of the plant,the operation condition,key equipment condition,process index and economic benefit of the device are analyzed.The economic benefits,social benefits and prospects of the application of slurry bed hydrogenation technology are discussed.The research of this paper can provide reference and practical experience for the industrial scale-up process package design and engineering design,long-term operation,large-scale research and development of the plant and technology promotion and application of the inferior heavy oil slurry bed hydrogenation technology in the future,so as to better realize the clean production and efficient use of resources.
