With the depletion of crude oil resources and the inferior and heavy trendof crude oil is obvious.Hydrogenation upgrading is regarded as the most effective method to improve the quality of inferior heavy oil.It is very important for the study of reactive kinetic to the optimization of the operating conditions,designing experiment,designing and enlarging reactor and so on.In this paper,the lump method was used for establishing reaction kinetic model for inferior oil hydrogenation.At the same time,hydrodesulfurization,hydrodenitrogenation,catalyst deactivation,the comsuption of hydrogen and predicting operating conditions were researched.Combined with enterprise data,the software of hydrogenation process was formed,and the main contents of the inquiry include:(1)Based on the mechanism of hydrogenation of sulfur compounds and nitrogen compounds in inferioroil and the analysis of experimental results,the three-lump kinetic model of hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrification was established.Based on the difficulty of hydrotreating,the sulfur-compounds and nitrogen compounds were divided into three lumps,respectively.The kinetic model was established,and models parameters were obtained by programming with MATLAB software.The effect of temperature,pressure,hydrogen / oil ratio and liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV)on the hydrorefining was considered in kinetic models.Compared predicting value with the experimental data.The results showed that the average relative error between the predicted value and the experimental value is less than 5%.(2)Based on inferior oil hydrogenation process of study,930 hours of coal tar hydrogenation measured data were collected,and the deactivation model was established.The results showed that the deactivation model can describe the process of the catalyst deactivating and predict the life of the catalyst.(3)The simulation software of inferior oil hydrogenation was developed by using C# language.The prediction of hydrogenation product quality,chemical hydrogen consumption,catalyst deactivation and operating conditions were realized by software.
