Research On The Application Of Simulated Profit In Performance Appraisal Of Group A

With the continuous development of society,economic globalization has brought opportunities to enterprises,competition among enterprises is also fiercer.In order to improve their core competitiveness and cope with the market challenges,enterprises need to start from internal management,improve their management level,and shift to refined management.Performance appraisal,as an important part of enterprise management,has a significant impact on the production,operation and development of enterprises.Enterprises need to build a more complete performance appraisal system as support.As a large state-owned manufacturing company in China,group A has extensive internal management,low employee motivation,relatively low work efficiency,and limited effectiveness of the original performance appraisal,which affects corporate profits.In order to promote the development of the enterprise,group A borrowed from Amoeba's business philosophy,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,and innovatively implemented a simulated profit performance appraisal model.After practical application in recent years,the enthusiasm of employees has been effectively improved,the level of enterprise management has been improved,and cost control has beenmore effective,the economic benefits have been further improved and good results have been achieved.On the basis of relevant literature and theories,this thesis summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the original performance appraisal of group A.Combining theory and practice,it conducts specific research on the practical application of simulated profits in group A performance appraisal and summarizes the results achieved by group A and the experience of successful application of simulated profits.On this basis,six guarantee measures are put forward for enterprises to implement simulated profit performance appraisal:increase the overall importance of the enterprise,build a good performance assessment environment,improve the simulated profit performance appraisal system,standardize the simulated profit performance appraisal process,communicate and feedback in a timely manner,strengthen the application of appraisal results,gradually implement simulated profits,and continuously adjust and improve.Finally,the thesis concludes that simulated profit performance appraisal is a more complete performance appraisal model,which more organically unifies the goals of employees,simulated profit centers and enterprises,and the appraisal indicators are more comprehensive,which can more fully exert the effectiveness of the appraisal.It can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,improve the internal management level of theenterprise,promote the reduction of enterprise costs and the improvement of economic benefits,and promote the development of the enterprise.It is worthy of reference and learning by other enterprises.
