In view of the problem that the sewage treatment effect of a small town sewage treatment plant can not meet the current discharge standard,the laboratory SBR operation and membrane hanging efficiency test were carried out first to obtain the best control parameters,and then the actual domestic sewage treatment test was carried out in the project site.The control parameters were optimized and improved from the technical aspect,and the small town was solved on the basis of the original process unit as much as possible The problem of substandard town sewage treatment.During the period of sludge acclimation,the way of limited aeration was adopted.After 19 days of acclimation,the color of activated sludge became yellow brown,the sludge concentration increased to 3415mg/L,the sludge index(SVI)decreased to 84ml/g,and the sludge sedimentation ratio(SV30)decreased to 28.7%.The acclimation of activated sludge was basically completed.SBR start-up and film hanging efficiency tests were carried out with self-made sewage.The treatment effect of the reactor on self-made sewage under the conditions of SBR process control time,sludge.age and different temperatures was studied step by step.On the basis of the optimal process parameters,the treatment effect of shield packing,elastic solid packing and unfilled reactor was compared,and the shield packing was determined as the best one The removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the reactor increased by 4.7%and 3.2%respectively after adding shield packing.In the subsequent experiments,the actual domestic sewage was used to test the treatment effect of domestic sewage in small towns under the conditions of different dosing ratio and drainage ratio of shield packing in the reactor.Under the optimal conditions,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the effluent with shield packing increased by 9.4%,10.8%,19.4%and 19.9%respectively compared with the traditional SBR process.The effluent concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen are 29.3mg/l,3.2mg/l and 13.5mg/l,respectively,all of which meet the first level a discharge standard.After chemical enhanced auxiliary phosphorus removal,the effluent concentration is 0.39mg/l,which meets the first level a discharge standard.According to the actual situation of sewage treatment in small towns,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze and select the best treatment process scheme for the current situation of sewage treatment in small towns.A three-level,nine index evaluation and analysis model is constructed,and the optimal order is constructed as constructed wetland,UASB,cast,oxidation pond,MBR,BAF.
