Research On The Optimization Of Operating Risk Management Of Shaanxi Y Coal Company

Coal has always been the main power energy for China’s economic development.Since the reform and opening up,China’s coal industry has grown rapidly.However,since2012,the economy of coal industry has been in a downward trend,coal prices have continued to fall,and lots of coal enterprises have declined or even lost money.Through the analysis of external environment and internal finance of the coal enterprises,we find the existing management risks and problems,and put forward the effective management optimization measures to promote the further development of the coal enterprises.Based on the theory of risk management and financial management,this paper find that there are six problems in business risk management.Among them,according to the analysis of the company’s operational risk management mechanism,the problems of imperfect operational risk management mechanism are summed up;according to the analysis of the company’s external environmental risk management,the problems of weak response to the changes of its macro environment and poor management of the industrial environment are concluded;according to the analysis of the company’s internal operational risk management,three problems are concluded as unreasonable capital structure,improper investment projects and poor operation and management.This paper analyzes the causes of the above-mentioned operational risk and its management problems,and puts forward the optimization scheme of operational risk management,as well as the implementation plan and guarantee measures of the optimization scheme.The perfect optimization scheme is helpful to reduce the operation risk of all links inside and outside the enterprise,improve the management ability and sustainable and stable profitability of the enterprise to defend the operation risk,help the sustainable development of the enterprise,and provide reference for the relevant enterprises in the coal industry.
