The Empirical Study On Safety Production Standardization Behavior Intention In Small And Micro Enterprise With Theory Of Reasoned Action

With the development of market economy in our country, the number of small and micro enterprises has increased by a large margin, the level of safety production will directly determine the overall condition of production safety in our country. As an important grasp to strengthen enterprise safety production infrastructure building, safety production standardization is one of the important measures to promote the safety management level in small and micro enterprises. However, from the implementation situation in recent years, we can see that, the implementation situation of safety production standardization in small and micro enterprises is not optimistic. So it is necessary to study the main factors affecting the implementation of safety production standardization in small and micro enterprise.From the perspective of behavioral intention, this article carrying on the empirical research of the implementation intention of safety production standardization in small micro enterprise is based on the theory of Reasoned Behavior. First of all, start from the Theory of Reasoned Behavior as well as combine with field investigation and deep interview to determine the influence factors of small micro enterprise safety production standardization implementation intentions, and to study the influence of the relationships between the factors hypothesis and put forward the theoretical model. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, set the influencing factors of observation indexes, and develop the safety production standardization implementation intention scale of small and micro enterprise. Thirdly, use the result of small sample questionnaire survey to form the formal questionnaire, reuse the large sample questionnaire survey on safety production standardization implementation intention of small and micro enterprise to proceed empirical research, then use structural equation model to verify theoretical assumptions, and find the main factors affecting the implementation of safety production standardization in small and micro enterprise. Finally, put forward scientific, reasonable and feasible countermeasures according to the present situation of these main factors. Thus, it can improve and promote the process of safety production standardization in small and micro enterprise.Study shows that behavior attitude and value added have no significant influence on behavior intention, while subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and perceived usefulness have significant positive influence on behavior intention. Among them, subjective norm has the largest contribution degree, and perceived behavior control is in the second place. What’s more, safety climate is significantly positively related to subjective norms, perceived behavior control and past experience of the micro and small enterprises managers have significant positive correlation. Therefore, the key to improve the implementation intention of safety production standardization of small and micro enterprises is to strengthen the subjective norm firstly, and to enhance perceived behavior control secondly. This can be achieved by forming good safety climate and increasing the managers’ past experience.
