China's plastic products are at the forefront of global production,most of which are plastic polymer products and are widely used in the field of industrial products and daily commodity packaging.At the same time,a large amount of various waste polymers are generated during the use process and mixed into domestic garbage If it is not recycled in time,it will not only cause serious harm to the environment,but also cause a huge waste of resources.By recycling waste polymers such as waste polystyrene plastic waste on site,it is used as an oil-soluble crude oil viscosity reducing and pour point depressant after being acylated and modified by the Friedel Crafts reaction,which has a viscosity reducing and pour point depressing effect on crude oil To increase the liquidity of crude oil during crude oil extraction,gathering and transportation.This paper analyzes the development status of crude oil fluidity improvers at home and abroad,mainly studies the crude oil viscosity reduction and pour point depressing technology,uses waste polystyrene plastic as the raw material for viscosity reducer pour point depressant preparation,uses two acid anhydrides and polystyrene foam The Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction occurred,and the effect of the synthesized viscosity reducing and pour point depressant in crude oil was evaluated.Taking Henan crude oil and Changqing crude oil as the research objects,a study based on oil-soluble viscosity-reducing and pour point depressants was carried out.According to the characteristics of different crude oil components,waste styrene materials were selected as raw materials for oil-soluble viscosity-reducing and pour point depressants.On this basis,by using acetic anhydride and maleic anhydride to carry out the Fokyl modification of waste styrene materials,an oil-soluble viscosity-reducing and pour point-reducing agent is obtained,which has the characteristics of reducing the viscosity and pour point of crude oil.The physical properties of two different types of crude oil samples were analyzed,and the Friedel-Crafts reaction conditions were screened.The experimental conclusions are as follows:(1)Both acetic anhydride and maleic anhydride participating in the reaction are suitable for the Friedel-Crafts reaction;(2)The optimal reaction dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time of acetic anhydride and maleic anhydride were determined.(3)The oil-soluble viscosity-reducing and pour-reducing agent has a good viscosity-reducing and pour-reducing effect on Henan oil samples.The viscosity-reducing rate on Henan oil samples is up to 96.5%,and the maximum range of pour point depressurization is 8.8 ?.The maximum viscosity reduction rate of Changqing oil sample reached 86.1%,and the maximum range of coagulation reached 8.7 ?.The oil-soluble viscosity-reducing and pour point-reducing agent not only solves the problem of poor compatibility of the traditional water-soluble viscosity-reducing and pour point-reducing agent,but also effectively solves the shortcomings of the current high cost and large amount of oil-soluble viscosity-reducing and pour point depressant.
