| As a reserve energy,petroleum resources are closely related to human production and life.In recent years,oil fields around the world have successively produced high-wax and high-viscosity crude oil,which is almost non-flowable under normal temperature.Under normal circumstances,adding an appropriate amount of pour point depressant to it can effectively improve the freezing point and viscosity of the oil,making it more fluid.This subject designs and synthesizes a new type of terpolymer pour point depressant,optimizes the synthetic raw materials,Meth acrylic acid and mixed alcohol(n(tetradecanol): n(behenyl alcohol)= 3:1)were selected to participate in the reaction to prepare mixed alcohol ester of meth acrylic acid,and then polymerized with other monomers to prepare the target product.Participating in the reaction together has not only achieved good results,but also brought considerable economic benefits to the refinery to some extent.The experiment uses meth acrylic acid and mixed alcohols as the main reactants,xylene as the solvent and water-carrying agent,and concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst.The esterification reaction is carried out first to form esters.After being mixed with styrene and fumaric acid under the action of initiators.The polymerization reaction is carried out to finally obtain the target product-a terpolymer pour point depressant.Through a series of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the best preparation process conditions are selected:Preparation of mixed alcohol methacrylate: n(meth acrylic acid): n(mixed alcohol)=1:1.4,xylene addition(based on the total mass of acid alcohol as 100%)40%,catalyst addition(based on the total mass of acid alcohol as 100%)0.5 %.Preparation of terpolymer:n(Mixed alcohol methacrylate): n(styrene): n(fumaric acid)= 6:2:2,BPO addition(based on the total mass of mixed alcohol methacrylate,fumaric acid and styrene 100%)accounted for 0.8%,the polymerization temperature was80°C,and the polymerization time was 3.5h.During the experiment,the performance test of the pour point depressant prepared under the optimal conditions was carried out.The structure of the final product was characterized by an infrared spectrometer,which proved that the structure of the functional group of the prepared product molecule was consistent with the target product.The freezing point depression test shows that the relative molar mass of the prepared substance is in the range of(28728-33065)g/mol.The test crude oil is pretreated at 85°C with 0.4%dosage,and the freezing point of the crude oil can be reduced by 14°C.The viscosity-temperature curve is used to further confirm that the viscosity reduction rate of the pour point depressant to crude oil can reach 66.02%. |
