As the main equipment of oil-water separation,settling tank plays a very important role in petrochemical industry.Its working principle is the physical separation method,the oil-water mixture is allowed to stand for a certain time,the oil floats up and the water sinks,so as to achieve the purpose of sedimentation and separation.After oil-water stratification,manually open the valve and discharge the water at the bottom.This process is called manual water cutting.Manual water cutting mainly depends on the experience of workers.The separation time of oil and water is easily affected by many factors,such as mixing state.Therefore,it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and reliability of water cutting.It is easy to cause waste of crude oil and environmental pollution,and it is time-consuming.At present,many areas of our country have entered the stage of high water cut crude oil exploitation.The water content of crude oil is high,and the water content of field produced liquid is between60% ? 95%.Therefore,it is urgent to need a set of intelligent water cut system to replace manual water cut.The intelligent water cut system for high water cut crude oil consists of two microwave sensors,butterfly valve,pipeline and its signal transmission and control system.Microwave sensor can meet the requirements of high water cut crude oil detection,with wide detection range,high detection accuracy,few influencing factors,and is not affected by the oil-water mixing state.Microwave sensor is very suitable for the detection device of intelligent water cut system.Aiming at the intelligent water cut system of high water cut crude oil,this paper uses FLUENT software to simulate and analyze the internal flow field of the settling tank and its intelligent water cut device.According to the simulation results,the design of the structure and parameters of the intelligent water cut system is improved and optimized.In order to improve the accuracy of intelligent water cutting system,aiming at the detection accuracy of microwave sensor,the experiment of the influence of salinity and temperature on microwave sensor is designed.Using curve fitting equation and support vector machine error analysis correction method,a large number of experimental data are processed,and the mathematical formula and model of water cut detection accuracy error correction of high water cut crude oil are obtained.By using this model,the detection error of water content of crude oil is reduced to ± 4.17% under the influence of salinity and ± 0.3% under the influence of temperature,which meets the actual production requirements.The system can realize intelligent drainage,improve the efficiency of oil and water separation,ensure the accuracy and safety,conform to the production concept of high efficiency and high quality,and has certain social and economic benefits.
