The flared trousers were introduced into China by the West in the 1970s and they are popular with people nowadays.How to make the appearance of flared trousers set off the slim legs of women and increase the sales volume of flared trousers,which is a difficult problem to be solved in the production of garment enterprises.In order to improve the beauty of modeling of flared trousers,three factors were extracted:lower crotch length of A leg width length of B and C leg width to bell-bottom opening extension angle.Considering the interaction between the two factors,L27(313)orthogonal list with interaction was selected for 3 factors 3 level orthogonal experiment design,unified process parameters to make 27 pairs of flared trousers,modeling aesthetic evaluation.By means of factor,variance and range analysis,the effect of structural parameters on the appearance of flared trousers was investigated.Through the testing and screening of fabric performance,15 kinds of fabrics were selected to make a total of 30 pairs of flared trousers with two groups of better structural parameters.The main contents and results of this research are as follows:1.The subjective evaluation system of the appearance modeling of the bomb-free denim flared trousers was established through the expert interview,and the five subjective evaluation indexes were determined as the beauty of the whole modeling shape,the slimness of the leg of the flared trousers,the thin degree of the flared trousers,the matching harmony of the flared trousers opening with each length and the matching harmony of the flared trousers opening with each circumference.The common factor was extracted by factor analysis,and the flared trousers were classified into three categories by descriptive statistics:(1)Category 1:Unbeautiful,the beauty of modeling<3.0(2)Category 2:General,3.0? the beauty of modeling<4.0(3)Category 3:Beautiful,the beauty of modeling shape? 4.02.Based on the analysis of variance and range,and considering the interaction between the structural parameters,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The influence of the three structural parameters and their interaction on the beauty of flared trousers was in the order:A lower crotch length*C outer tension angle,A lower crotch length*B leg width crotch length,B leg width crotch length*C trousers leg outer extension angle,C trousers leg outer extension angle,A lower crotch length and B leg width length.(2)From the analysis of variance,the effect of the interaction between the lower crotch length and the leg angle on the beauty of the flared trousers shape is the most significant,the interaction between the lower crotch length and the leg width crotch length is more significant,and the interaction between the lower crotch length and the leg extension angle and the leg width and the leg extension angle,the independent action of the three structural parameters are not significant.The influence of each variable on the beauty of flared trousers was consistent with the results of the range analysis.(3)For the level of experimental parameters designed in this paper,the optimal compatibility between the three structural parameters of flared trousers is A2B3C2,that is,the lower crotch length is 68 cm long,the leg width length crotch is 39 cm long,and the outer extension angle of the trousers leg is 7°.When the lower crotch length is 58cm,the leg width crotch length is 32cm,the outer opening angle of the leg is 2°,when the lower crotch length is 68cm,the leg width crotch length is 39cm,and the outer extension angle of the leg is 7°.3.General correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the impact of fabric performance on the shape of flared trousers,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The modeling index of flared trousers is closely related to the properties of the fabric,among which LT,WT,RT,2HG5,RC,WT,F,and InB are significantly positively correlated with the modeling index of flared trousers.For flared trousers whose structural parameters are 68cm for A lower crotch length and 39cm for B leg width crotch length and 7° for C trousers outer extension,InB is most closely related to styling beauty,while for flared trousers with 78cm for A lower crotch length and 25cm for B leg width crotch length and 7°for C trousers outer extension,RT is most closely related to styling beauty.It can be seen that under the combination of different structural parameters,the effect of fabric performance on the beauty of horn pants appearance is also different.(2)The regression model of flared trousers modeling was obtained by regression analysis.The results show that the performance index of the fabric is different for the horn pants with different structural parameters.For flared trousers whose structural parameters are A lower crotch length 68cm,B leg width crotch length 39cm,70 for C trousers leg outer extension angle,the most closely related fabric performance index is bending stiffness B,tensile linearity LT,tensile specific work WT,drape coefficient F.For flared trousers with a lower crotch length of 78 cm and a leg width crotch length of 25 cm and an extension angle of 7° of C trousers leg,the most closely related fabric performance indexes of flared trousers are bending stiffness B,tensile linearity LT,tensile specific work WT,drape coefficient F,tensile recovery rate RT,thickness T.The research results of this paper can provide scientific reference for design and development of flared trousers,and provide theoretical basis and practical method for design and production of fast and accurate selection of fabric.
