Research On Internal Control Problems And Countermeasures Of Private Enterprises

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy has achieved a leap forward development,in which private enterprises,as an important part of the national economy,have attracted more attention.However,under the appearance of vigorous development of private enterprises,a large number of private enterprises do close down every year,and the short survival period has become a common problem of private enterprises.In today’s social environment where China’s economy is gradually changing from high-speed development to high-quality development,this phenomenon will have a great impact on the overall economic operation of our country.The reason is that private enterprises lack strict internal control.It is of great significance for the development of private enterprises to establish a scientific internal control system and create a good market environment.Therefore,this study has a certain guiding and promoting effect on the development of private enterprises in China.In this paper,H company,a private enterprise,is chosen as the research object.With the internal control of Chinese private enterprises as the main line,a large number of relevant theoretical and practical data at home and abroad are collected,and then the collected data are systematically analyzed and sorted out.These theoretical knowledge is applied to the analysis of internal control problems of H company.Combining theory with practice,the internal control optimization that conforms to the actual situation of H company is designed.The first chapter of this paper introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research methods as well as the innovation of this paper.The second chapter introduces the related concepts of private enterprises and the related theory of internal control.The third chapter introduces the current situation and existing problems of H company’s internal control in detail.The fourth chapter describes the principles and objectives of H company’s internal control system optimization.The fifth chapter introduces the specific measures of H company’s internalcontrol optimization.In view of the existing problems,combined with the information collected by the enterprise practice,explore the specific methods and solutions to improve the internal control of H company.In chapter six,based on the case analysis of H company’s internal control,the paper summarizes the common problems and optimization measures in the internal control of private enterprises,in order to provide some reference for the healthy and orderly development of other similar types of private enterprises.
