| The assembly of the neutral pen refill is the last step in the production process of the pen refill.At present,the assembly of pen refill in China is mainly completed by manual labor,and there are a series of problems such as low production efficiency and unqualified rate of products.This paper studies and designs the automatic assembly system of pen refill,which is used to improve the automation level of pen refill assembly.Firstly,according to the assembly action requirements and assembly technical indicators,the assembly process of the pen core is divided,the process rhythm time is arranged,and the overall structure scheme of the system and the structure scheme of each subdivision process are determined.Then according to the design requirements and assembly accuracy requirements,the virtual three-dimensional modeling software is used to design and model the main parts of the system:ink filling unit,plastic head assembly unit,metal head assembly unit and feeding device.The design of the pen ink filling unit includes the design of the ink injection mechanism and the design of the power cam mechanism.The ink injection mechanism completes the main filling work of the pen ink,and the working power of the mechanism is provided by the cam mechanism.According to the working principle of the ink injecting mechanism,the cam outer contour is designed and analyzed the kinematics of structure.The design of the plastic head assembly unit includes the design of the plastic head assembly mechanism and the design of the power cam mechanism.The assembly needs to position and clamp the pen tube,design the compression bracket and perform finite element analysis,and perform kinematic analysis on the main working mechanism.the simulation results are compared with the theoretical design movement.Metal head assembly unit includes metal head insertion mechanism design and feeding vibration disk design.Kinematics simulation analysis of the working action of the mechanism is carried out.The vibrating plate hopper is designed according to the characteristics of the mechanism feeding action,and the static strength analysis of the hopper is performed to ensure the reliability of the vibrating plate.Finally,through the above research,the complete structure model of the automatic assembly system of pen core is obtained,the kinematics analysis results of each assembly unit and the static strength analysis results of the main components are obtained. |
