| In this paper,a kind of proportional valve pressure regulating system is proposed based on the various working pressure requirements of the hydraulic press.The pressure regulating system can realize the variable pressure adjustment.Aiming at the key technical problems in the design and commissioning of the proportional pressure control system,the main work of this topic is divided into the following five parts:1.In order to meet the requirements of the hydraulic press working performance of the large hydraulic press during the working process,the hydraulic circuit of the open-loop proportional pressure regulating system is designed according to the principle of the two-way cartridge valve.According to the design of the hydraulic circuit diagram,the establishment of its AMESim hydraulic simulation model.The simulation found that the system there is pressure overshoot,violent fluctuations and so on.2.On the basis of the open-loop proportional voltage regulator system,add the pressure sensor and PID controller to make it a closed-loop system.At the beginning,the overshoot of the system can be suppressed and the response time is short.The system to achieve steady state after the output pressure does not exist jitter phenomenon,you can achieve variable pressure adjustment.3.Analysis of the open-loop proportional voltage regulator system power flow,draw the proportional voltage regulator system bonding diagram.Select the appropriate state variables,write the state equation of the open-loop proportional voltage regulator system and explore the influence of the component parameters on the voltage regulation results by MATLAB simulation.4.Based on the TwinCAT2 platform,the Beckhoff controller is used to design the electrical control system of the proportional voltage regulator system.The control program is designed and the control panel is designed to make the proportional voltage regulating system work normally.5.The designed closed-loop proportional pressure regulating system was applied to the large-scale hydraulic press produced by Hefei Forging Industry Co.,Ltd..The experimental results show that the hydraulic press can output the expected pressure value,the packing time is long and the packing period,The pressure does not occur jitter phenomenon,overshoot only 1.3%,to achieve the desired voltageregulator effect. |
