Based On The Health Status Of Teachers In Daye City Factory Design Of 5000 Tons Teacher Milk Powder Per Year

Economic development has promoted the improvement of material living conditions.The lifestyle and diet structure of contemporary Chinese people have changed greatly.Many health problems are increasingly prominent.The incidence rate of chronic non communicable diseases such as obesity,dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperglycemia,coronary heart disease is increasing year by year.In particular,the sub-health status of teachers has been paid more and more attention.How to improve and enhance teachers’ nutrition and health has become an urgent problem.Through the investigation of the health status of 596 senior high school teachers in Daye City in 2016,teachers in Daye City are faced with the potential health risk of dyslipidemia.According to this situation,this project designs a nutritional milk powder for teachers and designs the factory.The details are as follows:1.Survey of teachers’ healthBased on the investigation of the health status of 596 senior high school teachers in Daye City in 2016,it is found that the indicators of high blood pressure,fatty liver,kidney stones,and dyslipidemia remain high among the teachers.There are 151 people with hypertension,accounting for 25.34%;111 people with fatty liver,accounting for 18.62%;225 people with kidney stones,accounting for 37.75%;401 people with dyslipidemia,accounting for 67.28%,worrying.Especially in the largest proportion of people with dyslipidemia,the majority are high triglycerides,low HDL and high cholesterol.157 people have hypertriglyceridemia,accounting for 26.34%,99 people have low HDL,accounting for 16.61%,and 87 people have high cholesterol,accounting for 14.60%.The data shows that 281 men have abnormal blood lipid,of which 108 are at most aged 45-54,accounting for 38.43%;120 women have abnormal blood lipid,of which 58 are at most aged 35-44,accounting for 48.33%.These two age groups of male and female teachers belong to the high-risk group of dyslipidemia,which needs to be paid more attention.At the same time,three of the four indicators of dyslipidemia in men were higher than those in women,suggesting that male teachers should strengthen exercise and eat reasonably.In order to further improve the quality of life of educators in Colleges and universities,and do a good job in disease prevention in advance,this project designs a nutritional milk powder for teachers with dyslipidemia and carries out factory design.2.Formula design of teachers’nutritious milk powderBased on the total weight of milk powder,the raw material consists of 6%phytosterol ester,1%-5%soybean protein,3%fish oil powder(DHA content is 14.3wt%,EPA content is 8.6wt%),8%oatmeal(3.2%-5.7%β-glucan content),0.7%-1.3%mineral and 0.45%microelement.It can effectively reduce other dyslipidemia,and has a good preventive effect on cardiovascular diseases.The process design and workshop plane design are carried out for the teacher nutrition milk powder added with the above nutrition factors.The design capacity is 5000 tons per year.3.Factory design of 5000 tons teacher nutrition milk powder per yearIn this paper,the factory design of 5000t/a teacher’s nutritional milk powder is systematically described,including the general layout design,product scheme and production process design,material balance and equipment selection,public system,environmental engineering,labor organization and technical and economic analysis.In this paper,the materials used in the production are first calculated,then the main equipment used in the production process is selected and designed,and the relevant water,electricity and steam consumption is estimated.Finally,the economic benefits of the plant are estimated.At the same time,the relevant drawings are drawn according to the national and enterprise standards.Through the combination of the knowledge learned and a large number of literature and technical data,in terms of equipment selection,combined with the domestic actual level,in terms of technology,basically using the domestic advanced technology,the selection of technical indicators is more in line with the current technical level,and the relevant calculation results obtained have certain reference value.
