This design is a day of 20 tons of infant formula milk powder factory design. This article describes the infant formula milk powder definitions, mechanism, characteristics and development of status quo. Infant formula is based on some kind of special processes and types of milk powder. This factory has adopted advanced dry mixing method, and the pre-processed high-fatty milk powder and other materials were mixed by special mixing machine and the nutritional fortification substances were added simultaneously. The factory design includes technical parts and non-technical parts. The technical part is according to the technical requirements to complete the whole factory design. The workshop design which is the most important part of plant design put forward all sorts of demands of other departments. Non-technical design is based on the technical design.Plant design consists of six parts, including summary, technical part, public system, architecture, safety and comprehensive financial. The technical part is the key contents among these, which includes the decision of product project, demands of materials, and arrangement of producing process, mass balance, selection of equipments and workshop plane disposition and so on.Non-technical design consists of gross plane, construction, heating, draught, draining, power and controls, refrigeration, drive, environment protection and so on. Sometimes it also includes equipment design. Non-technical design is according to the request of technical design and the advance of data. The whole design should be able to do efficient, power saving, environmentally friendly, and make sure that the products are safety and in accordance with the nation standard and the respecting industry standard.
