Faced with the bad working environment and complex production process underground for a long time, the psychological state of some coal miners will produce negative changes.Especially after the accident, the coal miner suffered a strong psychological impact, which is likely to lead to unsafe behavior. Therefore, how to make coal miners keep good psychological state and work safely in high-risk environment is a management problem that coal enterprises must face.Resilience can enable individuals to recover from bad mental states after facing setbacks or adversities. It can enhance the adaptability of practitioners to high-risk and high-pressure environments, enable employees to have optimistic and proactive safety attitudes and positive safety behaviors. However, how to measure the resilience of coal miners, and how resilience affects safety behavior and the role of safety attitude in it have not been clear. To answer these scientific questions well, this study first systematically reviewed the previous research on resilience.By recovering 1159 valid questionnaires, the ConnorDavidson resilience scale of coal miners was revised and verified. Then, the safety attitude and behavior are reviewed and the safety attitude and safety behavior scale of coal miners were verified. Finally,Hierarchical regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between resilience, safety attitude and safety behavior. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The final resilience scale includes tenacity and strength,a total of 6 items. And the reliability and validity of the scale are high, which can effectively measure the psychological resilience of coal miners.(2)Resilience positively affects safe behavior. And,the two dimensions of resilience significantly affect the two dimensions of safety behavior,of which tenacity has a greater impact on safety compliance and safety participation than strength.(3)Resilience positively affects safety attitudes. And each dimension of resilience has a significant impact on all dimensions of safety attitude.tenacity and strength significantly affect management safety commitment and team safety climate.tenacity negatively affects fatalism and job stress.(4)Safety attitudes positively affect safety behaviors. And there is an influential relationship between each dimension of safety attitude and each dimension of safety behavior.Management safety commitment and team safety climate positively affect safety compliance and safety participation.(4)Safety attitudes play as a mediator in the impact of resilience on safe behavior, and play as a mediator between the resilience and two kinds of safe behavior The contribution of this study is to explore the factor structure of the Coal Miners Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and found that the miners' resilience has a positive effect on safety behavior, and resilience can also act on safety behaviors through partial intermediation of safety attitude. Therefore, coal mines can improve the resilience of coal miners, thereby enhancing their safety attitude, promoting their safety behaviors, and ultimately preventing accidents.
