Based on the current situation and marketing behavior of Jinan JSZ piano company,this paper carefully designs the questionnaire,carries out field survey and interviews,and makes a detailed analysis of the problems of the enterprise using the classic marketing theory.The research scope is divided into two parts,one is social music education,and the other is the sales of musical instruments in the JSZ.In view of JSZ piano company,the optimization scheme that can guarantee the implementation is formulated.This paper selects the classic service marketing theories at home and abroad,mainly 4P marketing theory.STP analysis and SWOT analysis are carried out for JSZ,and the problems that should be paid attention to in practical application are discussed in depth.Next,it analyzes how JSZ piano company should choose its own marketing strategy in order to make profits under the fierce competition.Through the SWOT analysis tool,this paper analyzes the marketing situation of the enterprise.Combined the characteristics of the store and the current development status of the peers,this paper uses the marketing concept closest to the situation of the piano house to set up the behavior benchmark of the piano house,which not only improves the service quality,but also improves the brand efficiency,striving to create a better internal and external environment,so as to be invincible.Under the pressure of market competition,the most important thing for the piano company is whether the marketing plan and behavior can match the market demand.This paper hopes that the enterprise will improve from the following four aspects: the first is to expand the channels of musical instrument purchase,the second is to do a good job in publicity and promotion,the third is to strengthen and supervise the marketing and teaching level of staff,and the fourth is to do well in communication between teachers and students or their parents.
