A brand-new management model with the same name as "Amoeba protozoa"-Amoeba business model was founded by Japan’s "Saint of Business" Inamori.In the process of running Kyocera and Second Telecom,Amoeba’s business philosophy gradually formed.Because of the continuous expansion of enterprise scale and the increasingly complex market situation,the company’s management has become stretched.So the leader divided the whole company into several groups and each group has a new leader to charge.K Iron and Steel Group is an old state-owned listed company.Some problems]such as low management efficiency and high cost has appeared in the company.Therefore,this paper takes the steel business plate of K Iron and Steel Group as a pilot,introduees the Amoeba management concept.This will help to improve employees’ self-management awareness,cultivate business-conscious leaders,and to some extent improve the efficiency of the organizationThis article mainly carries on the Amoeba design transformation to the steel business plate of K Iron and Steel Group.Starting from the necessity and feasibility of introducing the Amoeba business model,it carries out the plan and process design of the Amoeba business mode comprehensively witfhin the steel business department,from the division of the Amoeba team to the pricing system of semi-finished products,thevalue accounting systen and the performance incentive system.At the same time,the safeguard mechanism for the implementation process of Amoeba business plan and the follow-up evaluation safeguard mechanism have been established.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.This part mainly introduces the background and significance of Amoeba business model,definitions of related concepts,as well as the design technology route and research innovation.The second part is about the necessity and feasibility of the K Iron and Steel Group and the modification of Amoeba.This part makes an analysis of the current current situation and business model of the K Iron and Steel Group,listed the existing problems of K Iron and Steel Group.The third Part is the application of the Amoeba business model in K iron and steel enterprise.In this part,we chooses pilot objects,builds Amoeba management team,sets internal transfer prices,accounting system,and establishes PDCA action guidelines and performance incentive mechanism.The fourth part establishes the guarantee mechanism of the implementation process of Amoeba business plan and the follow-up evaluation guarantee mechanism.The fifih part is the conclusion and enlightenment.Based on the theory of Amoeba’s management model.There are some innovations in this paper:firstly,using the method of literature research,combining norms with cases,analysis a comprehensive actual situation of K Iron and Steel Group,a set of design scheme of how to introduce Amoeba operation into traditional industrial enterprises is systenatically put forward;Secondly,we found the key factors for the implementation of this management model are summarized.These findings will provides a reference case for domestic enterprises to use Amoeba business model.
