| The steady and precise operation of the instrumentation and control logic of the gasification unit is the key to ensure the safe and stable long-cycle operation of the multi-nozzle coal slurry gasification,which is directly related to the gasification operation cost.The paper collected the domestic coal chemical operation data and the technical development of the instrument manufacturer;based on the actual gasification device of the enterprise,analyzing the process flow,process medium,special equipment control demand,etc.,proposed the multi-nozzle coal-water slurry gasification device instrument Equipment and control logic to improve the program.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.This paper analyzes that the coal gasification equipment involves a variety of instrument equipment and control logic in the domestic coal gasification equipment,which is easy to damage,inaccurate,and logically imperfect,which affects the safety and stability of the coal gasification unit.The problem,analysis,give suggestions for improvement;2.based on HAZOP analysis,using OTS operator simulation application,improved implementation of DCS main control loop and SIS main protection logic.3.Analyzed and researched the problems that occurred after the device was put into operation,and issued a solution.The device has been awarded the honor of "new coal gasification process energy efficiency leader" in the synthetic ammonia production enterprise with bituminous coal as raw material for two consecutive years.It is fully proved that the research on the instrumentation and control logic of the multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasification device given in this paper is good and has achieved the expected goal.The steady and precise operation of the instrumentation and control logic of the gasification unit is the key to ensure the safe and stable long-cycle operation of the multi-nozzle coal slurry gasification,which is directly related to the gasification operation cost. |
