| With the advancement of urbanization,the sewage amount for treatment in China increases rapidly,the problem of sludge pollution has been paid more and more attention.For the traditional sludge with the high water content and large quantities of harmful substances,a great deal of water will be wasted and the environment will be polluted if the sludge is not effectively treated.For this reason,many sludge dewatering devices have been developed,among them rotary press filter is a new one.As the structure of the rotary press filter is complicated and no specific design code is available,numerical simulation is an effective method for the design of the rotary press filter.In this thesis,structural design,parametric strength calculation and development of design software for the rotary press filter has been carried out.The main work and conclusions are as follows.(1)A structurally revised rotary press filter is proposed.The revised rotary press filter with 1200mm of outer diameter is designed with a total of 49 drawings drawn by AutoCAD.(2)A parameterized command stream for analyzing the rotary press filter is written with using finite element analysis software ANSYS.Numerical simulation for the revised rotary press.filter with 1200mm of outer diameter was performed and stress,deformation distributions were obtained.Strength assessments were completed for the main pressurized components.(3)Software for the parametric strength analysis and structural design for the rotary press filter was developed based on Visual Basic.NET.The software has the functions of finite element analysis and structural drawing,a realization of the secondary development of ANSYS and AutoCAD.The software can significantly improve the design efficiency,which is very valuable in engineering. |
