R Company is one of the largest offshore oil and gas companies in the world.Its net profit reached 79.2 billion yuan in 2014,ranking 79 among the top 500 companies in the world.During the "cold winter" of oil prices,international oil prices fell below $28 per barrel,a new low in the past 13 years.In 2016,the net profit of R Company was only 637 million yuan,less than 1%of the high level.After experiencing the "cold winter" of oil price,R company’s leadership has more deeply realized the importance and urgency of digital transformation in the changeable economic environment.It takes the use of digital technology to promote cost reduction and efficiency increase,and the use of digital technology to promote industrial transformation as an important strategic goal of the enterprise.However,there is no universal principle or shortcut for enterprise digital transformation.It should be promoted step by step according to enterprise’s own informatization level and informatization ability.The first step should focus on the present,even using the current new technology to improve the original technical solutions.To this end,first of all,we investigate the status quo of R company’s informatization,focusing on the status quo of its traditional business intelligence system,and analyze its bottlenecks and the reasons for the bottlenecks.Then it analyses the characteristics and advantages of big data products,and seeks to use the advantages of big data technology to break through the bottleneck of traditional business intelligence system.This paper uses SAP HANA,Hadoop Big Data Tool,Tableau and other visualization tools to study financial data(on the one hand,the effect of any enterprise strategy implementation and its operating results are finally reflected by financial data,on the other hand,after years of development of accounting informatization,and the implementation of unified accounting standards,the overall quality of financial data and other numbers of enterprises).According to the higher quality,this paper chooses financial data as the starting point,introduces how to use SAP HANA to realize data collection,data storage and data processing,and illustrates that SAP HANA can overcome the bottleneck of traditional business intelligence system through the analysis and comparison with traditional business intelligence system;uses SAP HANA view modeling to build real-time analysis model to meet the real-time data of enterprises.Finally,through data mining algorithm,we build a financial early warning model to help enterprises reduce financial risks in the process of operation.In this paper,SAP HANA,data mining,data visualization and other technologies are used to build a financial intelligent system to provide real-time and intelligent decision support,which can meet the management needs of enterprise pre-warning,in-event monitoring and after-event analysis.By comparing the experimental data,SAP HANA-based business intelligence system and traditional business intelligence system can support the storage and management of unstructured data,real-time processing and analysis of massive data,stronger prediction and analysis ability,low latency,high compression,elimination of data redundancy and other characteristics,which can better provide technical support for enterprise digital transformation. |
