Research On Optimization Of Shop Floor Management In X Workshop Of Y Cigarette Factory

Shop floor is the place of material conversion and human,machine and material allocation in the process of product manufacturing.It is the core of manufacturing enterprises.The management of shop floor is directly related to the quality of products,and is the source of profits for manufacturing enterprises.The optimization of shop floor management is a process of continuous improvement of field management methods by using advanced management theory,aiming at improving product quality,improving production efficiency,reducing production costs and ensuring production safety.Therefore,the optimization of shop floor management is the best way to solve the problem of shop floor management in manufacturing enterprises.Taking X workshop of Y cigarette factory as the object of study,this paper investigates the current situation and production process of X workshop's shop floor management from the elements of human,machine,material,ring and method,analyses the problems existing in process planning,personnel,equipment and other aspects of field management,and puts forward the demand of optimization of field management.The design idea and scheme of field management optimization of Y enterprise are put forward by using lean management theory,6S management theory,TPM management theory and visual management.The concrete optimization measures and implementation scheme of X workshop in field operator management,field equipment management,raw and auxiliary materials and product management,safety and environment management are put forward.Then the mechanism of continuous improvement is studied,which provides guarantee system and process measures for continuous improvement of X workshop in shop floor management optimization.Finally,the improvement of X workshop's field management efficiency is analyzed after the optimization measures of field management are adopted.Through the research in this paper,the optimization theory of shop floor management is combined with the current situation of X workshop field management.It is expected to find the blind spots in traditional production operation of X workshop and improve them,so as to achieve the goal of improving personnel efficiency,lean equipment management,low inventory and efficient circulation of raw and auxiliary materials,and safety measures in place.Finally,we can stabilize the quality of products,improve customer satisfaction and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Although the specific research object of this paper is X workshop of Y cigarette factory,the optimization methods and measures proposed in this paper are also applicable to other workshops of Y cigarette factory,and have certain reference significance for other manufacturing enterprises.
