Shandong Province has high industrial output value and large production capacity.It is an important problem for the society to deal with the industrial waste discharged intensively.Due to the large use of pesticide and chemical fertilizer,problems such as soil hardening and geological deterioration occur in China,and heavy metal pollution is also serious,which affects the quality of crops and the national health.It is the core problem of rural development to provide efficient,durable and simple plant disease and insect protection agents and ensure food security through broad-spectrum sterilization and green pest control.In this paper,we try to break the boundary between agriculture and industry,and deal with the waste residue of air pollution prevention and control,cyanide free electroplating waste liquid and metal processing waste liquid with serious agricultural non-point source pollution.It can provide green fertilizer or plant protection agent for agriculture while solving waste pollution for industry.The innovative introduction of surface engineering technology to analyze the presence and composition of copper,zinc,phosphorus,nitrogen and other elements on the leaf surface,demonstrated the preparation safety,and also carried out necessary practical exploration for pesticide detection and product development.The main results are as follows:(1)The tail liquid of water treatment agent for boiler of food safety level has been preliminarily explored and followed up for three years.The laboratory test shows that the potassium based water treatment agent has the ability to attract aphid,and the ability of 2% potassium based water treatment agent is better than 5% and 10% potassium based water treatment agent.(2)Iron,manganese and zinc phosphating solution can be converted into zinc dihydrogen phosphate solution without other impurities under the treatment of steel-making slag.Zinc ion and phosphate are not easy to precipitate on plant leaves,which can provide foliar spray containing zinc for agriculture.Two dimensional characterization shows that the foliar spray has good foliar adsorption.(3)The foliar spray containing copper was prepared by recycling cyanide free electroplating waste liquid and water treatment agent tail liquid.The two-dimensional characterization of the rain-washed leaves was carried out by means of XPS.The surface engineering technology was used to quantitatively analyze the residual amount and the change of valence state of copper.The results showed that the leaves were relatively uniform without obvious spots after spraying copper based foliar spray.However,there were obvious blue or red spots on the leaves after spraying Bordeaux solution.The relative atomic ratio of copper,nitrogen and silicon is 2.252%: 1.087%: 0.994% for water treatment agent,and 1.959%: 2.484%: 3.424% for Bordeaux solution.The total ratio of copper in water treatment agent is slightly higher than that in Bordeaux solution.The results show that the new reagent has stronger resistance to rain erosion than Bordeaux solution under specific test conditions,and has the advantages of large acid-base range and long storage time.This study can not only provide the technology accumulation of disease prevention and control for agriculture,but also find an effective treatment method for cyanide free electroplating waste liquid.(4)The comprehensive treatment of air pollution waste residue and non cyanide electroplating waste liquid containing metal is used to prepare water-soluble fertilizer containing trace elements such as magnesium and iron,and at the same time to prepare cuprous oxide bactericide.It can reduce the cost of cuprous oxide and the concentration of heavy metal divalent copper ion in the treatment solution,and provide reference for reducing the pollution of divalent copper ion in soil and groundwater.In conclusion,through the treatment and utilization of industrial waste,the concentration of metal ions in industrial waste liquid or agricultural soil can be effectively reduced to provide nutrient resources and plant pest control agents for agriculture.This is a major demand for soil safety at this stage,and also a scientific practice of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".
