This paper introduced the development overview of water-soluble fertilizers and liquid fertilizers. It focuses on analyzed the effects of zinc and copper ,two kinds of trace elements, on plant growth.Studied the theoretical foundation and preparation process of the zinc and copper series water-soluble fertilizers.Based on the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method, drawn containing quantitative KNO3,ZnSO4-CuSO4-H2O phase diagram and containing quantitative KCl,ZnSO4-CuSO4-H2O phase diagram which studied under different conditions.Application methods of phase diagram used on preparing water-soluble fertilizers and stability evaluation were analyzed.According to the equilibrium phase diagram, recipe area conforms with NY 1428-2010 water-soluble trace element fertilizer's agriculture industry standard were provided.Water soluble zinc fertilizer which containing zinc glycinate was prepared by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. It's preparation process as follows:n(glycine) : n(Zn2+)=2.5:l,the reaction temperature is 30? ,the reaction solution pH is 6.5, reaction time is 0.75h.Wherein the condition most influential to the reaction is the pH of the reaction solution. In this process conditions can be prepared water-soluble fertilizer with total zinc content of 110.75g / L ,chelated zinc content of 105.43g / L,glycine utilization rate of 77.3%.The preparation conditions of liquid zinc-copper-zinc fertilizer containing zinc glycinate and copper glycinate were determined by controlled variable method. It's preparation process as follows:n(glycine): n(Zn2+) : n(Cu2+)=5 : 2: 1.5,the reaction temperature is 30 ?,the reaction solution pH is 5,0, reaction time is 1.0h.Under this condition, the liquid soluble fertilizers can be prepared according to the technical requirement of NY 1428-2010 trace element water-soluble fertilizer agricultural industry standard.
