Research On Government Ecological Governance From The Perspective Of Marx’s Social Organism Theory

Since the reform and opening up,while China has achieved rapid economic growth,it has also produced serious ecological problems.In recent years,our government has made great achievements in ecological governance,but the ecological problems are still prominent,which has become the shortcoming of building a well-off society in an all-round way.For this reason,the 18th National Congress brought ecological construction into the socialist modernization construction system,and the 19th National Congress further proposed that we should speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China.At present,academia mainly studies the problem of government ecological governance from the perspectives of fiscal decentralization theory,government function theory,public governance theory,collective action theory and so on.Although abundant research results have been achieved,there is room for further research on governance concept,means and mechanism.From the perspective of Marx’s social organism theory,this paper studies the problem of government ecological governance,which can provide another theoretical thinking and practical path for solving ecological problems.Marx holds that all fields,links and elements of society are "social organisms" that interdepend,interact and exchange material and energy information with each other.By reading Marx’s relevant works,this paper analyses the ecological thoughts of social organism theory,such as the priority development of natural environment,the internal unity of society and nature,the co-evolution of man and nature,and the value of these ideas for promoting the government’s ecological governance,On this basis,the paper discusses that although the government has made some achievements in the practice of ecological governance since the reform and opening-up,the objectives of ecological governance are gradually clear,the legal system of ecological governance is gradually formed,and the system of ecological governance is preliminarily established,it also faces the problems of inadequate implementation of ecological protection policies,inconsistent internal mechanisms of ecological governance,imperfect ecological governance system and international.Lack of cooperation and other governance dilemmas.In order to solve the above-mentioned predicament of ecological governance of the government,we must adhere to the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,that green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan,that mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses are the ecological concept of the life community,promote the transformation of the mode of economic development,improve the internal mechanism of ecological governance,build a systematic and coordinated multi-ecological governance system,and promote international cooperation in ecological governance.
