Research On The Mode Of Multi-governance Of Ecological Environment At Jiading District Of Shanghai

In recent years,economy of China has been developing continuously,which has promoted the economic development of various cities.Shanghai,as an international city is not exceptional.With the increase of the productivity,a large amount of pollutants such as waste gas,waste water and waste residue have also been generated,which seriously pollutes the living environment,highlight the problems of ecological environment management,and naturally put the issue of environmental protection on the agenda.At present,mainly including government,enterprises and the public of major multi-subjects of society.Except for the government,enterprises and the public gradually participate in social and public affairs,playing an important role and getting a certain voice and decision-making power,which lays a social foundation for the mode of multi-governance of urban ecological environment.The mode of multi-governance of ecological environment at Jiading District of Shanghai has just started,and the study of its model is the central topic of this paper,which has very important theoretical and practical significance.Through literature research methods,survey interview,comparative analysis methods and other research methods,this paper has obtained important data on environmental protection investment and the number of employees,industrial waste water,waste gas emissions and treatment at Jiading District in the past two years;then,using multi-center governance,good governance and other theories to reveal everyone the feasibility of multi-governance of ecological environment;and then expounds the current situation of multi-governance of ecological environment at Jiading District;then the predicament of ecological environment governance is analyzed from four aspects: conception,cooperation,system and resource input;it reflects that the multi-governance of ecological environment management at Jiading District is still immature and needs to be improved.Then,Qingpu District of Shanghai is taken as a typical case of multi-governance governance mode in the city,and the practice of multi-governance of ecological environment is analyzed and enlightenment is obtained.On this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the model of multi-governance of ecological environment at Jiading District: Firstly,the concept of ecological environment governance should be changed;Secondly,the multi-subjects should cooperate with each other;Then,the mechanism of ecological environment governance should be innovated;Finally,the investment of resources for ecological environment governance should be increased.We will strive to put the multi-governance model of ecological environment at Jiading District on the right road as soon as possible and solve the problem of ecological environment at Jiading district.The promotion of the multi-governance model will be an opportunity for the governance of urban ecological environment in China.It needs to be constantly explored and thought,and adjusted and improved according to the actual situation.It is believed that the multi-governance model will gradually adapt to the trend of the times,and the future will greatly contribute to the governance of China’s urban environment.
