Research On The Quality Control Of Design For Used Machine Tools Remanufacturing

At present,a large number of machine tools in our country are facing elimination due to the loss of function or backward technology.Used machine tools remanufacturing is an important part of the development of green economy and circular economy in our country.The quality of used machine tools remanufacturing determines its market competitiveness,and the quality of machine tools remanufacturing is largely determined by the quality of design of remanufacturing.Therefore,how to control the quality of design for used machine tools remanufacturing has become an important issue for remanufacturing enterprises.This paper first analyses the concept and process of used machine tools remanufacturing,the process and requirements of remanufacturied design,and puts forward the object and principle of quality control of Remanufacturied Design of used machine tools.Based on this,the quality control process model of design of used machine tools remanufacturing based on PDCA is constructed,and The main contents of quality control in each stage of Remanufacturing Design of used machine tools are detailedly analyzed.Secondly,the key methods of quality control for design of used machine tools remanufacturing are studied,which include:customer demand analysis,that is,after obtaining the personalized needs of customers for used machine tools remanufacturing,using AHP to quantify their initial importance,using Kano classification and competitive analysis to quantify the revision factors of customer demand and modify the importance parameter of customer demand;Analysis of Remanufacturing Function of Waste Machine Tools,On the basis of the functions of used machine tools,the functional characteristics of remanufacturing machine tools are determined according to customer requirements.i.e.transforming customer demand and Ultimate importance into function and importance of remanufactured machine tools by using house of quality in QFD;Analyzing the potentian failure mode of remanufactured machine tools' faults by using FMEA method,and putting forward improving measures to ensure that potential faults are eliminated or alleviated at the design stage;Constructing the index system of evaluation of quality of design for used machine tools remanufacturing.and evaluation of quality of design of used machine tools was processed by extension evaluation method.Finally,taking the remanufacturing of the used YK7236 A gear grinder of a machine tool groupcompany in Shaanxi as an example,this paper studies the quality control process of the design of the used machine tools remanufacturing and the application process of the key quality control methods.Finally,the research conclusion are summarized and the future research is prospected.Moreover,Figures 11,Tables 42,References 79...
