Design Of Employee Shoes For Chinese Catering Commercial Kitchen Based On TENS/EMS Technology

As one of the most labor-intensive service industries,the Chinese catering industry requires a large amount of manpower to invest in various operations,whether it is a kitchen or a store.Although a small number of owners of central kitchens can replace manpower with automated equipment,for the vast majority of operators,the kitchen is still a labor-intensive area,and the occupational injuries of practitioners are gradually being concerned.The purpose of this paper is to design a functional shoe suitable for alleviating the occupational pain of Chinese catering business chefs.Through field research,nearly ten catering enterprise groups were invited to invite relevant experts and senior chefs to conduct interviews,and conduct a questionnaire survey on frontline staff to find out the occupational affliction points and problems of the kitchen staff.According to the survey and existing literature,the Chinese catering kitchen kitchen staff has a high probability of skeletal muscle discomfort,and because the standing posture time exceeds 90% of the total working time,the proportion of leg and foot discomfort far exceeds other parts;the theory of plantar reflex zone Applied to most medical experts in clinical practice,combined with TENS technology,it is highly regarded by medical scholars in relieving pain.Therefore,this article takes foot health as the entry point and introduces the theory of plantar reflex zone.Based on the application of TENS technology,the design process of shoes is more rigorous and scientific,and the degree of comfort and function realization is maximized to the greatest extent.Although this paper has achieved certain results in the design of the functional and comfort of the shoes,applying the theory of plantar reflex zone,TENS and electric stimulation technology to the design process,the design of the shoes has improved functional and comfort.However,due to the limitations of experimental equipment,research technology and production process,the design process of the whole shoe still has certain deficiencies,and it needs to be improved in the future research process.
