Occupational risk usually refers to the risk or hidden danger that people have to bear during the practice process.Occupational risk prevention refers to a series of measures taken by organizations or individuals to reduce the possibility of occupational risks, including formulating rules and regulations, improving the working environment, and updating production equipment. The research work on occupational risk prevention has been carried out earlier in foreign countries and a risk prevention system for different occupations has been formed. However, domestic studies on the prevention of occupational risks have been carried out late and the intensity is still not deep enough. The steel industry is an industry with more occupational diseases and higher occupational risks in China. With the continuous development of production and living and the continuous application of new production technologies, occupational risk prevention work for front-line staff of steel companies has attracted more and more attention. The professional risks faced by A-steel's front-line staff not only concern their immediate interests, but also whether the entire company can develop healthily.Therefore,A-steel's front-line employees have to improve their ability to identify occupational risks, and their awareness of risk factors in the production process must also be strengthened.Based on risk management theory, risk analysis methods and other basic theories, this paper analyzes the organizational structure, equity structure and employee structure of A Steel Company, and investigates and analyzes the occupational risks of front-line employees of A Steel Company.A steel company's front-line employees are mainly faced with occupational risks such as safety production accident hazards, occupational health risks, unconventional operations management weaknesses, and failure to implement safety education. The reasons are as follows.Employee-level factors include: Failure to follow, insufficient preparation before operations, and unskilled operating techniques;management-level factors include: insufficient safety education and training, incomplete risk identification and assessment, ineffective prevention of occupational health risks, incomplete occupational risk management systems, and no risk accountability system.Improvements and organizational structures are not perfect;other factors include: defects in equipment or technology, and changes in the external environment. This paper found that the following measures can be taken to prevent the occurrence of occupational risks for front-line employees of A Steel Company: strengthen job function training, strengthen supervision of work environment hazards, strengthen safety production management, strengthen employees' mental health intervention, and strengthen employee health management. In order to ensure the implementation of occupational risk prevention measures for front-line employees of A Steel Company,A Steel Company must develop a corporate safety and health management atmosphere in which all employees participate, identify danger sources, establish awareness of full-time risk management, and establish a sound emergency plan system.Measures.
