With the full-scale development of supercharged mining in the first phase,the development of M gas field will gradually enter the middle and late stage.The pressure of the gathering pipeline network will be constrained by the pressure of wells.Present ground technology can no longer meet the requirements of gathering and transportation,and the gas field production capacity is affected.So there is an urgent need to implement the technology research on the Second-Phase Pressurization.Strata pressure was supplemented by the compressor to effectively ensure the long-term sustainable production of M gas field.This paper combines gas field production and dynamic analysis with software simulation methods to study from the gas field level and the gas gathering station level:Firstly,this paper analyzes the production dynamics of gas field,different types of gas gathering stations and gas wells by collecting the historical data of the production of M gas field,which provides the basis for the design of the second-phase pressurization scheme.Topaze software is applied to the analysis of Arps decline of typical gas wells,and study is carried out on the law of production reduction under constant pressure in the late stage of gas field pressurization.Secondly,Pipeline Studio software is used to establish the ground pipeline network model for each year under different pressurizationschemes of gas field.Combining the long-term prediction of gas volume and pressure,the overall pressurization timing of the gas field is predicted.In the pressurization of gas field,pressurization scheme is selected by comparing the technology and economy of four booster schemes including “centralized pressurization of the gas field,centralized pressurization of the main line,regional decentralization pressurization and single-station pressurization”.At last,two pressurization test stations in 2017 are selected as 16# station and 49# station based on the working conditions and operating conditions of the gas gathering station and the gas wells.The pressurization scheme of the station is designed from four aspects of “pressurization process,dehydration process,layout of pressurization station and pressurization equipment selection” through the simulation and calculation of HYSYS software.To sum up,through the research of this subject,it provides more reliable technical support for the continuous development and implementation of the supercharging project in the follow-up stage of the gas field.and the second-phase pressurization route of M gas field is determined as follows: the overall gas field adopts the single-station supercharged layout mode,and the station adopts the process of "high and low pressure mixing supercharging + wet gas to the treatment plant for concentrated dehydration",and the pressurized equipment uses gas-driven reciprocating compressors and three-stage compression.
