The optimization of gas field gathering and transportation network system is mainly the optimization of investment and construction costs.Investment and construction costs mainly include gas gathering station construction costs and pipeline length.There are many factors that affect the cost in the optimization model,including the number and location of gas stations,gas well grouping results,topological layout of the gas pipeline network and pipeline parameters.Therefore,these factors need to be optimized.This article optimizes the actual situation of the M block of the XX gas field.The optimal design variables for gas field gathering and transportation pipeline network planning schemes include the location of gas gathering stations,continuous variables such as temperature and pressure at the inlet and outlet stations,and discrete variables such as the number of gas gathering stations and pipe diameter specifications.The optimization of the topology structure,which affects the optimization of pipeline parameters,is also based on pipeline parameters.In order to reduce the difficulty of optimization and to optimize models of different connection methods,the optimization problem of gas field gathering and transportation pipeline network is divided into three optimization problems: pipeline network well station division,gas pipeline network topology layout,and pipeline parameters.Taking the minimum construction cost of the gathering pipeline network as the objective function,an optimization model of the well group layout of the gas gathering pipeline network is established,and the improved genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm are used to solve the overall number of gas gathering stations,the location of each gas gathering station and the Grouping of gas well groups.Based on the optimization results of well grouping,a multi-well series structure optimization model of gas production line is established,which is solved by combining genetic algorithm and polar coordinate sorting method.For the connection structure between the gas gathering station and the external transportation station,establish an optimized model of the gas gathering pipeline network,determine the location of the external transportation station and the connection mode between the gas gathering station and the external transportation station,and use genetic algorithm and Prim algorithm to solve.Through the comparison of different gathering and transportation schemes,it can be seen that the multi-well series-dendritic is more suitable for the gas field block,which saves theconstruction investment of the pipeline network.The optimization model is established with the minimum construction cost of the pipe network as the objective function,and the optimized pipe network topology is used as the base layer.The particle swarm algorithm and the enumeration algorithm are combined to obtain the diameter and wall thickness of each pipe section and other parameters to calculate its construction.Investment costs and total pipeline length.
