| The super shallow oil sands of Xinjiang is characterized by shallow buried depth(≤200m,average pressure 2MPa),strong heterogeneity and high crude oil viscosity(Viscosity at 50℃ is greater than 10000 mPa s).So it is difficult to exploit by steam huff and puff and SAGD.And it is urgent to explore new technologies of low energy consumption and high efficiency.Solvent Extraction is a green technology of heavy oil mining,because it does not need to be injected with steam,which means that it greatly reduces carbon emissions and thermal energy injection.But the mechanism and key technology research of Slovent Extraction in China is still in the infancy.In addition,it need to optimize the formula of the different types of solvent extraction system for the different types of reservoirs.Therefore,this paper find a way to optimize solvent extraction formula by experiment.Optimizing the solvent extraction formula system:30% propane and 70% butane by carrying out the diffusion evaluation experiment of different solvent in the crude oil and the extraction experiment of the different solvent system.Then taking the optimized solvent formulation as extracting agent,take the optimized operating temperature as the experimental temperature,this paper reveals the production rule,law of solvent cavit expansion and solvent deasphalting characteristics of Slovent Extraction by carrry out the two-dimensional macro scale physical simulation experimen of warm Solvent Extraction,which reveals the potential to apply Slovent Extraction in windy city super shallow oil sands of xinjiang. |
