With the concept of “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,the demand for forest talents will increase.FT College is a vocational college that trains forest talents. The 10 majors currently handle under the task of carrying a large number of high-quality forestry talents for the society. The content of talent cultivation depends on the curriculum, and the position of talent cultivation mainly provided in the classroom.Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry as the professional basic courses of 10 professional courses in FT College, the effectiveness of classroom teaching will inevitably affect the quality of forestry personnel training. At present, there is little research on the effectiveness of vocational education in higher vocational education, especially in combination with specific subjects. The author wants to take research in the effectiveness of the classroom teaching of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry in FT College and put forward some solutions,so it will be given references to other researchers.Through the collection, collation and analysis of related literatures at home and abroad, four related concepts are defined, and the theory of multiple intelligences and the optimization theory of teaching process are determined as the theoretical basis.Referred by teaching effectiveness standards at home and abroad, the author combined the professional training objectives with the inorganic and analytical curriculum objectives specified in the “Professional Teaching Standards for Higher Vocational School(Trial)” from the six dimensions of teaching methods, classroom management, teaching evaluation and teaching media, and confirmed the main content of the effectiveness standards of classroom teaching of inorganic and analytical chemistry in higher vocational colleges;therefore, guided by the definition above, the author compiled questionnaire and corresponding interview outline focusing the teaching of inorganic and analytical chemistry classroom in higher vocational schools.Subsequently, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on 400 students in FT College, and conducted random interviews with some students of different majors.Through my investigation, most of the problems in the classroom teaching are caused by the deflection of “student-centered”.To be specific, teaching objectives show extended and inane, and the teaching content is copied;the main problems,in the experimental teaching are the lack of instrumentation quantities and performance, the hidden dangers and the imperfect experimental assessment.Indeed, the author also analyzes the factors related to effectiveness in the class teaching.According to the current situation, the author proposes a targeted theoretical classroom strategy: formulating clear teaching objectives from the perspective of students, combining the idea “needed”,“useful” with the professional(classes),guiding by “Inspirational” and “Integrity” in use of diverse teaching methods, strengthening classroom management, changing the traditional, solidified teaching evaluation pattern;targeting an experimental classroom strategy which is proposed in order to guarantee the completion of a single set of instruments for a single person, securing experimental safety importantly from thought to action, and improving the experimental evaluation system.Through this research, the author can provide reference for the formulation of the curriculum standards for “Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry” in higher vocational schools.
