Accidents caused by programmatic safety often occur during construction.The installation,disassembly and jacking of tower cranes for construction are typical procedural operations.Due to the complicated operation process,the high degree of risks and the high requirements of accuracy,the accident rate is the high in the installation operations.Based on this,this thesis combined theoretical analysis and practical research to study the programmatic safety management of tower crane jacking operation process,which has great theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the characteristics of construction activities and the status of safety management in different time and space fields were clarified.Due to the short construction time and small space occupied,there is no suitable safety management method in the mesoscale time and space field.The typical accident cases of building construction programmatic safety were collected to analyze accident causes.And combined with the theories of programmatic and safety management,the concepts of programmatic safety issues,programmatic safety management were clarified.Then five common business process modeling methods were introduced.It was concluded that petri nets have rich graphical definitions,diverse structural models,and state-based modeling,Petri nets were chosen to establish programmatic safety model for the construction process as a tool.On this basis,the meaning of the tower crane jacking process and the place,transition,and token elements in the petri network were defined.Combined with the tower crane manual and relevant standard specifications,the safety status of the tower crane jacking operation process and the completion of the process were analyzed.The safety state conditions of each process were extracted,and the procedure safety model of the tower crane jacking process was established.Then the correctness of the tower crane jacking process procedure safety model was verified by experimenting in the construction site.Finally,the jacking operation process and the analyzed safety state conditions were regarded as important monitoring contents of the programmatic safety management monitoring system of the tower crane jacking process.The function and the overall structure of the system,monitoring and management plan,software and hardware were analyzed and designed.And some system interface were demonstrated.The system design provided the basis for the programmatic safety digital monitoring system of tower crane jacking process.
