Research On Cost Management Of Engineering Project Of A Gas Company

The gas project construction project is characterized by large construction scale,large investment funds,and large external influences on the construction.Therefore,the cost control of the whole process of project implementation is a matter of great concern to the enterprise.The author hopes to analyze the relevant course content of engineering project management,analyze the influencing factors of cost control in gas engineering construction project and analyze the key cost control links in the project implementation process based on the extensive reference literature and the actual work experience.Establish an effective project cost management responsibility system,provide effective theoretical support for gas project construction project cost control through effective measures,and guide the actual operation.This paper takes the gas project cost management of a gas company as the research object,and takes the gas project of the company as an example to analyze the cost deviation of the CNG filling station.Due to the particularity of gas engineering,when analyzing it,it should also be analyzed according to its characteristics using domestic common cost analysis methods and theories.Through the study of the above main problems,the author believes that the project cost should be managed from the following aspects: First,the gas company should carry out dynamic monitoring of the gas project construction,find the cost deviation in the construction process,and correct it in time;In the process of project construction cost management,gas companies should not only pay attention to the construction process of the project,but also pay attention to the planning and design stage of the project to monitor the whole process of the project.Third,a scientific and reasonable cost control assessment system should be established.Conduct cost assessment for each stage of the project construction to achieve control over the construction cost of the entire project.
