The converter tilting system is one of the main systems in steelmaking production。Its main function is to locate the steady tilting motion of the converter body accurately,and to complete the series of technological operations such as molten iron,tapping,charging and repairing.The operating load of the system is characterized by large deceleration ratio,large tilting torque,frequent start and brake,and large dynamic load.Moreover,the working environment of the system is high temperature and multi-slag dust,which indicates the heavy work of converter tilting machinery and the bad conditions.With the continuous expansion of converter capacity,tilting mechanism has some disadvantages,such as complex structure,inconvenient installation and maintenance.How to improve the simplicity of equipment maintenance and the efficiency of steelmaking production has become one of the important topics of industry research.In this paper,the converter tilting system of Panzhihua Vanadium Co.,Ltd.of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group is taken as the research object.The structure of the main equipment of the system is analyzed,and the maintenance process is optimized to achieve the purpose of economic and efficient maintenance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)research on rapid replacement and rotation method of trunnion bearing.The lifting method of furnace body and the equipment structure of tilting system are studied to ensure the rapid and efficient replacement or rotation of trunnion bearing。(2)research on the jacking support of the furnace body.The structure of furnace body and jacking bracket is studied,which can meet the requirements of convenient use,rapid demolition and installation。(3)research on hoisting method of tilting equipment.In order to make full,rational and efficient use of hoisting facilities and construction sites,the layout of hoisting facilities such as site,construction passageway and factory building structure for overhaul of tilting equipment is studied。(4)research on the technology of tilting and removing the big teeth.The force of the tangential key is studied to ensure that the tangent key is removed smoothly.Through the study of the force on the big gear ring and the trunnion,without affecting the performance of the big gear ring,the smooth demolition of the big gear is guaranteed.According to the structure form of tangential key and big gear,the reasonable disassembly and grasping device is designed,the reasonable disassembly machine tool is selected,and its safety performance is satisfied。...
