As one of the basic materials for national economic construction,cement plays an important role in economic development.Under the dual pressure of resources and market,the competition within the cement manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce.One of the effective means to help enterprises to remain incomparable in the fierce competition is to strengthen the management of raw material inventory.The paper discusses the problem of raw material inventory control of cement manufacturing enterprises in this background,and provides countermeasures and reference for cement manufacturing enterprises to optimize raw material control,reduce costs and improve efficiency,therefore improve the enterprisecompetitiveness.Based on expounding the related concepts and theories of raw material control,this paper takes the raw material inventory control of TL Cement Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and analyses the current status of raw material inventory control and the main problems.On this basis,the economic batch model and control plan of raw material inventory of TL Cement Co.,Ltd.was constructed,and the implementation countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization plan of raw material inventory control of TL Cement Co.,Ltd.were put forward.Matching the company's development and management needs to help the company grow.Through the analysis of TL Cement Co.,Ltd.raw material storage,feed cycle,personnel management structure,information channels and so on,this research believes that the main problems in the inventory control of TL Cement Co.,Ltd.are: the supply chain channel is not perfect,the purchase and stock procedures are cumbersome,and the cycle is too long,the management system of the personnel is imperfect,and the budget and cost control are not balanced with the actual situation.The EOQ(economic order quantity)was used to formulate and optimize the order quantity of the enterprise,and the effect of the original economic order quantity and the optimized economic order quantity was compared and analysed.Build an optimisation plan including inventory management objectives,organization,inventory planning,inventory daily planning and management for the stock control of TL Cement Co.,Ltd.The proposed countermeasures for the implementation of the inventory control optimization plan of TL Cement Co.,Ltd.mainly include: introducing supplier management and comprehensive utilization of inventory process management system,strengthening incoming material inspection and refinement of the material collection process,establishing advanced concepts,and improving information management.Establish and improve the procurement performance and assessment system,and improve the supervisory system and management system.With this series of measures,this paper tries to reduce the operating costs of enterprises,accelerate the flow of funds,reduce the total cost of inventory,and standardize the control of enterprise inventory management,improve management efficiency,and ultimately achieve the goal of maximizing corporate profits.The optimized scheme of raw material inventory optimization,economic order batch size and inventory control in TL Cement Co.,Ltd.proposed in this paper has certain reference value and reference significance for China's cement manufacturing enterprises to reduce inventory costs and improve raw material inventory management level.
