The bronze is an important carrier of Chinese civilization.Among all of them,the shape of bronze in the early Western Zhou Dynasty mainly followed the Shang Dynasty style which always have various kinds and spectacular shapes.This paper takes the evolution of bronze shape and its social and cultural functions in the early Western Zhou Dynasty as the research object.In order to taking a look at the style and characteristics of bronze culture in the early Western Zhou Dynasty,and try to promote the spread of the culture that conforms to the spirit of the times.Thereby enhancing the unique charm of contemporary Chinese art and design.The earliest purpose of research on bronzes in China is mainly to get to know the system about the pre-Qin ceremony.Most of them focusing on the interpretation of the inscription by which time there is not much attention to the artistic aspect of bronze.Therefore,this kind of research only interprets the ancient rituals represented by bronzes,instead of bronze art.Historians tempted to pay more attention to the study of bronze stage,dating and other content.And the Aestheticians on the other hand,focus on the overall artistic characteristics of the Bronze Age.So the research related to the current state of art and design in contemporary China is relatively fragmented.This paper places the art of bronze in the early Western Zhou Dynasty within the theoretical framework of art and design geometry.Deconstructing and analyzing the rules of the proportion of bronzes in the early Western Zhou Dynasty exploring the intrinsic link between the bronzes in the early Western Zhou Dynasty and contemporary art design.Seeking recognition from excellent traditional culture and artistic value system consolidate and enhance the cultural attribution of contemporary Chinese art design.
