Research On The Financial Risk Management Of H-Gas Company

H Gas Company is now facing many challenges brought by the increasingly competitive market environment.How to effectively improve the level of its financial risk management has an important impact on its future development.Therefore,through the analysis of the current situation of financial risk management of H Gas Company,this paper explores the existing problems of its financial risk management,and constructs a financial risk evaluation and warning system for H Gas Company based on the improved efficiency coefficient method,and puts forward specific risk response measures.Through this study,we can see that:(1)This paper uses the improved efficiency coefficient method as the technical method to optimize the financial risk evaluation of H Gas Company.Through the application of H Gas Company,we can see that the overall financial risk of the company is at the level of mid-alarm,which shows that there are problems in its operation and the financial situation tends to deteriorate,and a considerable part of the evaluation index refers to the financial risk evaluation of H Gas Company.The standard is in a bad state,and there is a greater possibility of financial risk.(2)At present,the causes of financial risk management problems of H Gas Company lie in the following: unclear division of financial risk management responsibilities,insufficient guarantee of financial risk management system,subjective selection of financial risk identification indicators,qualitative evaluation of financial risk evaluation,lack of financial risk early warning and other procedural problems.(3)In view of the current financial risk situation of H Gas Company,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as broadening financing channels and diversification of ways,rational planning of debt scale,scientific decision-making of investment programs,and diversification of business methods.
