With the swift development of the society,the rivalry among enterprises has become increasingly intense.By studying the development process of many enterprises at home and abroad,it can be found that enterprises will inevitably encounter a variety of financial risks in their growth process.If the managers don't pay enough attention to it,it may make the enterprise in trouble,which will have a harmful impact on the durative and healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore,based on this situation,it is necessary to study the financial risk evaluation of enterprises.Enterprises should establish a set of suitable financial risk evaluation system according to its own production and financial situation,analyze the causes of the risk,and draw up targeted steps to deal with financial risks.First of all,this paper explicates the concept and classification of financial risk,and analyzes the dominant positions and inferior positions of financial risk evaluation methods.Compared with other methods,the index selected by efficiency coefficient method is more comprehensive and easy to operate,so this paper selects this method to evaluate and analyze financial risk.Taking HR company as the research object,this paper first introduces the overall situation of HR company,selects the HR company financial data from 2015 to 2019,analyzes the financial risk from the sides of financing,investment,operation and growth.On the basis of its production and operation situation,the financial risk index database is established,and the representative indicators are selected by pearson correlation analysis,and the corresponding weight value is calculated by AHP.United with the modified efficiency coefficient method,a set of financial risk evaluation system suitable for HR company is established.By calculating the score of each index and the comprehensive score of the indicator group,the risk level of HR company can be judged.The research results show that HR company has always been facing with great financial risks in current five years,which needs more attention from the managers.Then according to the results to analyze the causes of risk.Based on the above research,this paper throws out scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures to help HR company lessen the loss caused by financial risk.The purpose of this paper is to help HR company accurately identify its own financial risks,assist HR company managers to prevent financial risks more scientifically,so that the company can operate better.At the same time,it has certain reference value for other enterprises in the same industry.
