The increasing large-sized integration and intellectualization of major equipment poses unprecedented challenges to safe person-post matching.Such challenges are due to the complexity of different tasks and the psychological and behavioral competencies of different people,by which person-post assignment situations can lead to the wastage of human factors,loss of human-caused downtime and cost of labor wages.To solve the safety matching problem,the concept of human reliability and a measurement model are introduced.Based on the theory of behavioral science and operations research,this study describes the rate of the waste of human factors through the comprehensive evaluation of the structure of strengths and weaknesses and potential person-post combinations.The optimization model considers the minimum human factor safety and wage cost and satisfies the requirements of order,budget and assignment.However,it is difficult to directly measure the downtime of different people in different positions,while the comprehensive value of the downtime,waste and human cost of enterprise people has been acquired when the enterprise carries out target management.Therefore,in this paper,the inverse optimization method is used to adjust the optimization parameters based on human-caused downtime,and an inverse optimization model is constructed to achieve the expected total loss of the system.According to the characteristics of the model,an improved heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.The effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by an example of its application.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Construction of theoretical analysis framework for inverse optimization matching of personnel and post for major equipment safety.This paper defines the concepts of human factor reliability,safe operation of major equipment and optimal matching of manpower post inverse,summarizing the existing methods of manpower post matching and the theoretical basis of inverse optimal matching,and constructed a decision analysis framework of safe manpower post inverse optimal matching.(2)Research on Matching Model of Major Equipment Safety Personnel and Post from the Human Factor Perspective.The comprehensive evaluation method of human factor structure is used to maximize the recognition of personnel competence and task complexity,and the human factor waste function combining human competence and task complexity is established.The human factor waste function is introduced into the 0-1 programming model of safety personnel post matching for major equipment to realize the assignment scheme of minimizing human factor downtime loss,human factor waste loss and human factor wage cost.(3)Research on Inverse Optimization Model and Algorithms for Safety Personnel Position of Major Equipment.It is difficult to measure the time of different personnel in different positions,and the comprehensive value of human cost has been acquired in enterprise target management.Therefore,the inverse optimization model of human related cost reaching ideal value is constructed by adjusting the optimization parameter of human factor downtime.According to the characteristics of the model,a hybrid parthenogenetic genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the model.(4)Case Study of Application.The effectiveness and scientificalness of the inverse optimization model are verified by the application research of large-scale metallurgical equipment in Angang.
