The oil and gas drilling engineering is a complicated human-machine-environment system, it is the foundation work for exploration and exploitation of oil and gas, the drilling engineering has the following characteristic: high investment, high risk, labor intensive, refer to broad work area, outdoor operation, interchange operation and so on. Due to the specificity of drilling operation, drilling accidents frequently occurred for many years, lead to enormous casualties and property losses, according to the analysis of the previous drilling accidents, it’s find that with the development of science and technology, the security and reliability of drilling equipment has improved, the effects of human factors on drilling operation has becoming more and more obviously, research the reliability of human on drilling operation, decrease the possibility of human error, has very important significance for drilling operation.The main research of this article is human reliability, according to the characteristic of well site operation,analyze the various factors which affecting the operation,including operator own factors, organizational management factors and other external factors. On the basis of the above content, establish the human error model on drilling operation, simulate the process of human error on the well site, reveal the mechanism of human error, it’s important for human drilling operation as being a reference.Meanwhile,the article also use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze all factors which affect human reliability, compare each factor’s importance. The numerical value in the evaluation matrix refer to 1~9 scaling method were given by the experts which are from the author’s internship company, all the experts with many years of work experience. And the study has certain significance for human error on the well site.In addition, this article initially established a simple behavior modification model for human error on drilling operation, bring forward improvement measure to increase human reliability, decrease human error. The behavior modification model is based on"confirm the human error-analyze-intervene-assess”, put this model into drilling work site can decrease human error and avoid drilling accident. According to the analysis result of the human error on drilling operation, put forward some control measures to decrease the incidence rate on drilling operation.In the end,this thesis is based on the Meister classification method,put forward the conceive of drilling human reliability database.
