Floating oil hose is one of the important equipment of crude oil transportation,its reliability has important influence on safety of crude oil transportation.Floating hose under the wave load,tend to produce a lot of bending and tensile deformation,there exists dislocation,fracture,loose coupling,and even the risk of snap.For floating hose in the global mechanical properties under different sea conditions,ensure hose set in the connection buoy and shuttle tanker operation safely and reliably,become an urgent problem to solve.In this paper,in view of the floating hose string in working conditions(the floating hose connects the buoy to one end,and the other end connects the shuttle tanker.)of the global mechanical properties is analyzed.First,according to the force of the floating hose,select the appropriate wave theory and build the differential vibration equation based on elastic foundation beam.Second,the parameters of hose,the parameters of environment,the buoy and tanker motion parameters as a whole analysis of input conditions,using the analytical method of whole dynamic performance to analysis,get fifty years once sea condition,the displacement and bending moment of each cross section in the vertical plane through the check of the dangerous section: the larger displacement occurs near the buoy,as the direction displacement of the hose string gradually leveled off,the vertical displacement of the tube group under the action of wave load is a trig function trend,the maximum bending moment of the tube group occurs at the junction of buoy and tanker,the bending moment of each flange is mutated.Finally,using orcaflex software on buoy,floating hose,oil tankers for overall modeling analysis,extract the hose of each section of the size of the displacement and bending moment,axial force,shearing force,the feasibility of the analytical method is validated by comparison.
