The products of hydraulic high pressure hose manufactured by M company which were mainly used for engineering machinery and coal mining machinery.As the market demand,the development of enterprises must have the ability to provide high-quality and high-pressure hose products.According to the current production status of M hydraulic hose workshop,weaving hose production process,what performance and requirements of the hose production or rubber hose products were need to test.From the investigation and analysis of the current trial production of high pressure hose,which performance were present low pulse and pressure resistance.It is concluded that the main factors influenced the performance of pulse and pressure resistance was the performance of inner rubber compound.Aiming at the low performance of inner rubber compound,two kinds of improvement schemes were proposed by to improve the performance of the inner compound,which used orthogonal experiment design to select a better formula and another used the better material replace the raw material.According to the orthogonal experiment results of the hydraulic hose compound formula,the optimal compound formula was determined by matrix analysis method and MINITAB software analysis.Tested and verified whether the hose performance was improved when the optimal compound formula was put into production and made into hose product.The performance of rubber formula can be influent the performance of the hose in a certain extent which in production of hydraulic hose,and the company usually needs to spend a lot of resource to find the better formula.Used the orthogonal design can effective to solve this question,but it was hard to avoid the shortcomings when used for analyze the index more than one,which always need to be change into a single.The matrix analysis also can be do this work but the programing was complicated and always needs more calculate when used for analyze the multi-index.MINITAB was so fit for doing this work,because of no needing calculate.In addition MINITAB also can be predicting the experiment results for used the previous experiment results.For small interval,for better predict.The final results show that used the method of MINITAB software was better than matrix analysis to select a better formula.When the performances of the inner rubber compound were improved by the two methods,the performance of pulse and pressure were improved more than 1 times.At the same time,the emergence of a variety of quality problems also decreased significantly,the problem of separation and short pipe also have been significantly improved.High-performance and high-pressure hydraulic hose should be used a better materials replace of the original formula to improve the quality.
